Cocktail Arwen

Arwen recipe:

6 Kumquats (halved)
1 Bl White cane sugar
1 cl Lime Juice
15 cl Elfentau
3 cl Raspberry purée

Preparation:
Crush the kumquats and white cane sugar in a long drink glass with a pestle. Fill up the glass with the Elfentau and the lime juice and mix well. Then add 3 cl of raspberry purée and the afternoon refreshment is finished. In the evening we recommend adding 5 cl of Bacardi Razz.

Decoration:
Apple slices, mint, physalis
