Cocktail Arwen
Arwen recipe:
| 6 | Kumquats (halved) |
| 1 Bl | White cane sugar |
| 1 cl | Lime Juice |
| 15 cl | Elfentau |
| 3 cl | Raspberry purée |
Preparation:
Crush the kumquats and white cane sugar in a long drink glass with a pestle. Fill up the glass with the Elfentau and the lime juice and mix well. Then add 3 cl of raspberry purée and the afternoon refreshment is finished. In the evening we recommend adding 5 cl of Bacardi Razz.

Apple slices, mint, physalis
